Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing to support@zapposinsights.com.

Cancellation policy for Silver, Gold, and 2 Day Boot Camp Events:

Written cancellation received: Refund due:*
60 or more days prior to start of event Full refund
30-59 days prior to start of event

-Transfer to an available date

-Substitutions submitted

-No refund

Less than 15 days No refund, No transfers

Cancellation policy for Custom Gold and 2-Day Bootcamp Events:

Written cancellation received: Refund due:*
60 or more days prior to start of event Full refund
45-59 days prior to start of event

-Transfer to an available date

-Substitutions submitted

-No refund
Less than 45 days No refund

Terms and Conditions

Zappos Insights, Inc. in its sole discretion will consider one-time exceptions to this cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.  If payment was made by credit card, your refund will be made to the same credit card.  If payment was made by check, a refund will be issued by check within 15 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.  Please provide a copy of your W9 to receive a refund by check and send it to billing@zapposinsights.com.

Registrants must email their request for substitution, change of event date or cancellation date to support@zapposinsights.com.

Registrants who arrange to stay extra nights at the hotel will be responsible for any cancelation charges incurred with the hotel if registrant changes or cancels such hotel stay.

The cancellation policy applies to all registrants that register within 60 days of the event date.
