How much advance notice do I need to schedule a tour?

We're excited that you want to visit Zappos Insights!  Depending on availability, we require a 48 hour notice to schedule a tour.  Our tours have been filling up quickly so please let us know as soon as possible, but we recommend letting us know at least a month in advance to accommodate your needs. back to top

When can I schedule a tour?

Public tours can be scheduled Monday through Thursday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., or 3 p.m.

What is the difference between the Basic Tour and Tour PLUS?

Basic Tour: The basic tour is 60 minutes and takes you through our headquarters and call center.

Tour PLUS: The Tour PLUS includes the headquarters, customer loyalty team call center, and also includes 30 minutes with Zappos Insights.  The Tour PLUS is 90 minutes long, so there is more time for more operational questions and answers with your tour guide. back to top

What is the cancellation policy for the LIVE events?

Registration cancellations must be made in writing to support@zapposinsights.com. We regret that telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy for Silver, Gold, and 2 Day Bootcamp Events:
Written cancellation received:  Refund due:*
60 or more days prior to start of event  Full refund
15-59 days prior to start of event  50% refund
Less than 15 days  No refund

Cancellation Policy for Custom Events and Meetings:
Written cancellation received:  Refund due:*
15 or more days prior to start of event  Full refund
7 - 14 days prior to start of event  50% refund
Less than 7 days  No refund

*Zappos Insights, Inc. in its sole discretion will consider exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis due to unforeseen illness, medical emergency, or death of the registrant or a family member. If payment was made by credit card, your refund will be made to the same credit card. If payment was made by check, a refund will be issued by check within 15 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

Registrants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person at any time up to two business days prior to the start of the event.

Registrants must e-mail their request for substitution to support@zapposinsights.com in order to transfer their registration. Registrants who arrange to stay extra nights at the hotel will be responsible for any cancellation charges incurred with the hotel if registrant changes or cancels such hotel stay. back to top

How much does the Zappos Insights membership cost?
