Robert Richman is the product manager of Zappos Insights, the Zappos Family company dedicated to helping businesses with their cultures. As an entrepreneur, Robert built the model from a proof of concept website to a thriving business helping over 1,000 people every month. Business leaders, managers and entrepreneurs take the Zappos Insights Training to discover how a workplace can help people grow, inspire amazing service, and ultimately drive revenue. Previous to joining Zappos, Robert developed digital marketing strategies for brands including Tony Robbins, Sony, Billboard and best-selling business authors. Robert co-founded the Affinity Lab, a collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs that continues to graduate over 150 businesses in Washington, D.C.

Jon Wolske is the Culture Evangelist for Zappos Insights, a part of the Zappos Family of companies headquartered in Henderson, NV. Jon began his career with Zappos Insights by presenting to groups of visitors and leading a team of ‘Culture Guides’ that host tours of the corporate offices. With a welcoming and knowledgeable attitude, Jon has helped the tours grow to an average of over 1200 visitors each month.

Topics of Expertise:  Jon currently speaks to companies with a focus on culture and customer experience and why it is an important area of focus for business today. Jon has presented at meetings and conferences for companies from around the world, including Samsung Electronics, Eli Lilly, the Professional Beauty Association and the BAI Retail Delivery conference.

Elia is the Business Development Lead for Zappos Insights with years of experience with high level management, training, recruiting, speaking, and coaching. Elia has presented keynote speeches, facilitated culture boot camps, seminars,  and workshops with companies across the US.

Prior to joining the Zappos family, Elia was a successful certified financial planner and proudly served his country in the United States Air force. Elia was an entrepreneur who helped create startups, and enjoys sharing his experiences when speaking to companies about culture, core values, service and it's relevancy in today's world.
