Q.)  Can I meet with other departments?

A.) The Gold and 2-Day boot camp events have set agendas and cannot be changed. However, the Silver event allows you to choose 3 departments of your choice.  Please visit www.zapposinsights.com for more information.

Q.)  Do you cover travel?

A.)  Travel is not covered for the events.

Q.)  Are meals included?

A.)  Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included in the Gold Event along with a happy hour to celebrate your day.

Q.)  What is the dress code?

A.)  There is no dress code.  Please dress comfortably to have a great experience!

Q.)  Do you provide transportation?

A.)  Complimentary shuttle service is provided during the day of the event to and from the Zappos office only.

A.)  You meet with HR and Recruiting, Pipeline/TrainingTeam and ZCLT or Customer Loyalty Team.
