Don’t have time for a full day at Zappos?  Would you like to have members of the Zappos Family meet one on one with your team?  The Silver Event is "Choose Your Own Adventure" offering an action packed half day of meetings with Zappos Family team members of your choice.

Price: $797 per person

What you will experience at the Silver Event:

  • Start with 60 minute tour of Zappos Family Headquarters.
  • Exclusive access for your team (of three or more) with members of the Zappos Family.
  • Choose which 3 of the 7 Zappos Family departments you'd like to meet.  Learn more.
  • Private 30 minute sessions with each department of your choice.
  • An additional 30 Minute Q & A with a member from the Zappos Insights team.
  • Complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the Zappos Family Headquarters for the day of your event  (includes pick up from the airport or hotel).

Event Dates

Our Silver Events are typically offered Monday - Thursday at 9am and 1pm.  Because these events are designed as a customized experience, there are no set dates, instead we reserve dates based upon request.

 

Agenda

The Silver Event is a customized experience, therefore, the specfic details of each event depends upon which departments you choose to meet.

The Silver Event typically scheduled for either 9am or 1pm.

The first hour, you will get to experience the Zappos Family Tour.

The next hour and a half is spent meeting one on one with the departments you selected.

The final step is a debrief with a Zappos Insights member.

FAQs

Q.) Can I join someone else’s Silver Experience?

A.) Unfortunately, Silver Events are tailored to the needs of the specific group and your time is yours to ask the questions that pertain to your company therefore  

Q.) I only have one or two people who are available for the Silver Experience. Can we host a Silver Experience for 1-2?

A.) Regrettably, due to the personalization, and resources to conduct a Silver experience, we do require three attendees. We will be happy to conduct your event for one or two guest, but we will have to charge for three.

Q.) Can I book more than one session with the same department?

A.) Yes! Often groups know that they will need more than 30 minutes to get all of their questions answered. If you would like to focus on a particular department, you can choose multiple sessions.

Q.) What is the dress code for a Zappos Experience?

A.) NONE! Well, we prefer you to be dressed. Our guests are encouraged to be comfortable. You will be walking and standing for our 60 minute tour. We are a culture of jeans and t-shirts. Wear what makes you feel inspired!
