We know that body language makes up the largest portion of communication. So it's important to us that employees connect with each other in more ways than by phone. In fact, employees have gotten creative. We've seen themed virtual meetings, celebration happy hours and even memoji check-ins.
Employee Wellbeing
Switching to a remote work environment can be an adjustment by itself. But employees may be dealing with more than just that change in their daily routine. We've started a handful of new initiatives to help promote our employees' wellbeing. Daily trivia is a quick and easy way to engage employees for a short period of time. Our team has also launched partnerships to encourage employees to stay mentally and physically healthy while they are at quarantining at home. Things like wellness & learning challenges and webinars to help folks cope with the new realities they may be dealing with.

Family Friendly Activities
Along with supporting employees during this time, we want to acknowledge and support their families as well. We've launched a number of family friendly programs for our employees to make the most of the time spent with their families at home.
