At the Zappos Family we care deeply about our team members. One of the benefits offered to them is an on-site goals coach. As part of the Zappos Insights team, our coach, Augusta, meets with team members from all over the Zappos Family and assists them with achieving realistic 30 day goals. The Goals Department was created to provide a service to every Zappos Family member, and get them to discover new ways of thinking and achieving their goals either professional or personal.
